Chermside West

This project centred on reconfiguring the home from a three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout to a more functional three-bedroom, three-bathroom design, enhancing both liveability and rental appeal. The downstairs rumpus area was optimised into a renter-friendly bedroom and additional living zone, supported by the addition of a new downstairs bathroom. The renovation also included a full kitchen upgrade, refurbishment of the upstairs bathroom, complete internal repaint, electrical upgrades throughout, installation of two air-conditioning units, and the removal of carpet to expose and restore the original hardwood timber floors. Complemented by targeted internal and external cosmetic improvements, the renovation was strategically executed to maximise usability, presentation, and overall equity potential.
