He organised and managed all the trades and moving parts, which took a huge amount of pressure off us."

  • "The smoothest experience working with Kodi and the team. Everything was on time within budget and was clear and responsive communication the entire time. Saved time and money working with Kodi."

  • "Kodi from Equity Projects was fantastic to work with on the renovation of our property in Ferny Hills. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and the final outcome exceeded expectations. What really stood out was his guidance. He talked us out of a lot of cosmetic work that wouldn't have delivered a return, which ultimately helped us stay focused on the bigger picture. Having that level of honesty and a strong sounding board made a huge difference. Based on that approach, we were able to achieve our financial goals and are now moving onto our second property. Highly recommend."

From start to finish the team took care of every detail, they put our minds at ease undertaking the renovation in another state and we were blown away by how seamless the whole process was! We highly recommend the team and will be using them again!"

  • "I was recently referred to Kodi after purchasing my first property, lacking the time to do it myself Kodi coordinated minor renovations and repairs efficiently and cost effectively on my behalf. Would definitely recommend Kodi for anyone lacking time or experience to complete renovations themselves."
