Ferny Hills

This project involved the strategic reconfiguration of a four-bedroom, one-bathroom home into a four-bedroom, two-bathroom layout through the addition of a new master ensuite. The scope included a full internal repaint, refurbishment of the existing kitchen, removal of carpet and restoration of the original hardwood flooring, complete electrical upgrades throughout, and the installation of new window furnishings. Minor cosmetic improvements were implemented to modernise the presentation while maintaining cost discipline, ensuring the renovation delivered both functional improvement and measurable equity uplift.
